About the Role
Our client is looking for an innovative and strategic Insurance Product Development Manager to lead their product innovation initiatives. This role is entirely remote and focuses on conceptualizing, designing, and launching new insurance products and features that meet evolving market demands and customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, marketing, legal, and IT, to bring successful products to market.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of new insurance products from ideation to launch.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Define product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with actuarial teams to develop pricing structures and risk models.
- Work with marketing and sales to create effective go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Ensure all new products comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards.
- 5+ years of experience in insurance product management, development, or a related field.
- Proven success in launching new insurance products or features.
- Strong understanding of insurance markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Excellent project management, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote , cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
