Millennium Insurance seeks a Property Claims Adjuster to ensure efficient claims management in a flexible, hybrid role. Leverage your strong understanding of property insurance and communication skills to excel in this position.

You will play a vital role in evaluating claims, ensuring accurate assessments, and effectively managing stakeholder communications. Your responsibilities include conducting investigations and utilizing estimating software such as Xactimate. The ability to negotiate settlements while maintaining customer satisfaction will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate property damage through evidence collection

• Assess coverage and verify validity of claims

• Gather information from policyholders and contractors

• Negotiate claim settlements with stakeholders

• Maintain detailed and accurate claim documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in property claims

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient with MS Office and claims software

• High attention to detail and organization

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
