Senior Property Claims Adjuster

Position: Senior Property Claims Adjuster Hybrid Role
Become a Senior Property Claims Adjuster with Aviva utilizing a hybrid work model. Focus on managing complex claims while delivering outstanding service to our valued clients.

This position requires over 2 years of experience in property insurance claims, particularly in dealing with complex personal lines. You will be responsible for thorough claim settlements, primarily via phone, working with property vendors to evaluate damages and apply cost-effective solutions. Your strong communication and organizational skills will greatly enhance the claim experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Settling complex claims via integrated phone communication

• Collaborate with vendors to quantify and evaluate claims

• Maintain high-quality service standards for client interactions

• Support high volume catastrophes with availability in evenings

• Drive problem-solving discussions with stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in property claims

• CIP designation - either obtained or currently in-progress

• Atlantic Licenses are a plus

• Proficient in standard software tools

• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
