• Receive and register new auto insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct detailed assessments of damage and liability for motor vehicle accidents.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, repair shops, and third parties throughout the claims process.
• Determine claim validity based on policy terms and investigative findings.
• Process payments for approved claims and manage claim file documentation meticulously.
• Identify and report any suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims to the investigations unit.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling auto insurance claims.
• A good understanding of motor vehicle mechanics and accident reconstruction principles is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a compassionate demeanor.
• Proficiency in using claims management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet processing deadlines in a remote setting.
• Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., NQF Level
  4) are advantageous.
