Your role will require precise record maintenance and efficient communication with claimants to ensure problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and investigate accident benefit claims comprehensively

• Process various claims including rehabilitation and disability

• Maintain accurate records in our electronic systems

• Respond to accident benefit documentation from claimants

• Assist with additional tasks to meet department objectives

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills for claimant correspondence

• Medical or legal experience is beneficial

• Dedicated to providing excellent customer service

• CIP designation either in progress or completed

• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
