- Prepare detailed and accurate reports, documentation, and settlement documentation for review and approval.

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members on complex claim resolution strategies remotely.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in claims adjustment within the insurance sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling various claim types, with a strong preference for those involving complex property or casualty.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and relevant legal frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills suitable for remote interaction.
