About the Role

• Receive and process new insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate claims by gathering necessary documentation, information, and evidence.
• Assess the extent of liability and determine appropriate settlement amounts based on policy terms.
• Communicate regularly with claimants, providing updates and explaining the claims process.
• Liaise with third-party assessors, repairers, and legal professionals as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claim activities and decisions.
• Ensure claims are processed in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience (2-4 years) as an Insurance Claims Handler or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of insurance policies and claims handling procedures.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using claims management software and standard office applications.
