Working Pattern: Full-time 4 days office-based, 1 day working from home
Our client is looking for an experienced Insurance Agent / Account Handler to join their team in Whitefield.
We're open to candidates from a range of insurance backgrounds, including Claims, Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance, provided you have a minimum of 6 months' relevant experience.
The Role:You’ll be responsible for supporting clients, managing insurance policies and providing a high level of service throughout the customer journey. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their insurance career within a supportive and professional environment.
About You:- A minimum of 6 months' experience within the insurance industry
- Experience in Claims, Personal Lines, Commercial Insurance, or a related area
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- A positive, professional and proactive approach
- A genuine interest in developing a career within insurance
Offer:
- £25,000 - £30,000 salary, depending on experience
- Full-time permanent position
- 4 days office-based in Whitefield
