What you'll actually do

• Set and drive the Commercial Schemes strategy and trading plan.
• Build, coach and grow a high-performing schemes team.
• Deepen broker relationships and hunt out new, profitable growth.
• Own portfolio performance, governance and underwriting discipline.
• Turn data, broker insight and market trends into smart commercial decisions.
• Partner across underwriting, pricing, claims and distribution to win.

Who you are

• You've led a commercial insurance, schemes, underwriting, trading or broker-facing team.
• You know how to grow business without sacrificing underwriting quality.
• You're commercially sharp, confident with stakeholders and comfortable leading change.
• You use MI and portfolio data to spot opportunities and fix what's not working.
• Cert/Dip/ACII is a nice-to-have, not a deal breaker.
