Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and renew a portfolio of marine insurance policies

• Conduct comprehensive market assessments for renewals

• Provide accurate policy recommendations based on client needs

• Process policy adjustments and maintain client data

• Utilize investigative skills to resolve customer service issues

Requirements:

• Level 1 Insurance License required;
Level 2 preferred

• Over 1 year of relevant insurance advisory experience

• Strong communication skills for complex marine issues

• High organizational skills for managing renewals

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and brokerage systems
