Insurance Manager - Global Programs Salary: £70,000  performance-related bonus

Flexible London-based working Job Type: Permanent, full-time This role effectively provides technical and operational depth within the team and working closely with a senior Insurance Manager across multinational programmes, renewals, claims, captive/risk financing and wider insurance matters for a complex organisation. An experienced Insurance Manager will join the central insurance function of a large, complex international organisation . This is a broad corporate insurance role supporting the management and development of a substantial multinational insurance portfolio.

You will work across a range of insurance programmes, renewals, risk-financing activities and complex claims, partnering with stakeholders across multiple territories. The position would suit an insurance professional looking for a varied role with significant international exposure and the opportunity to take ownership of key areas of a sophisticated corporate insurance programme.

Key Responsibilities Manage key areas of a large corporate insurance portfolio, providing practical insurance and risk-transfer advice to stakeholders across the organisation. Take day-to-day ownership of selected multinational insurance programmes while providing support across the wider portfolio. Manage key elements of the annual renewal cycle, including renewal strategy, exposure analysis, underwriting information, insurer engagement, negotiations and placement activity. Work closely with brokers and international stakeholders to ensure global and local insurance arrangements are implemented effectively.

Support the management of significant and complex claims, including insurance matters arising from major business events. Analyse insurance, claims, exposure and financial information to support decision-making. Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, brokers, insurers and other external partners. About You We are looking for someone with relevant commercial insurance experience . Your background could have been gained within: an in-house corporate insurance or risk function;

a multinational insurance broker; or insurer directly You should have: A good technical understanding of commercial and multinational insurance programmes. Knowledge of policy structures, coverage, limits, retentions and insurable risk. Experience contributing to or managing insurance renewals and placements. Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret claims, exposure and financial information. Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and working across different countries and business areas.

Desirable ACII qualification, or progress towards a relevant professional insurance qualification. Experience using insurance, risk management, claims or financial reporting systems. Previous exposure to complex multinational insurance programmes. What's on Offer?
