Non-Marine Claims Broker

Your new company Your new company is a well-established independent Lloyd's Insurance Broker with a strong reputation across the London Market. Due to continued growth within its Claims function, the business is looking to appoint an International Claims Broker to join its London-based team. Working within a collaborative and technically focused environment, you will gain exposure to a broad portfolio of International Non-Marine business and work alongside experienced market professionals.

Your new role As an International Claims Broker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of International Non-Marine Claims from first notification through to final settlement. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, insurers, underwriters and loss adjusters, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in line with client expectations. The role will involve reviewing policy coverage, preparing and presenting claims to insurers, monitoring claim progression, negotiating settlements and providing regular updates to clients.

You will also support the maintenance of market relationships and contribute to delivering a first-class claims service across a diverse international portfolio. This opportunity would suit an individual looking to broaden their exposure within the London Market whilst developing their technical and client-facing capabilities. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this position, you will have 2-5 years of Lloyd's market claims experience gained within an Insurance Broker.

Previous exposure to International Non-Marine Claims is essential, together with a good understanding of London Market claims procedures and insurer relationships. You will possess strong communication skills, be confident liaising with a range of stakeholders and have the ability to manage multiple claims files simultaneously. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service will be key to success in this role.

What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience, alongside a hybrid working arrangement of three days in the office and two days working from home.
