• Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and support to remote-based junior claims assessors to ensure high standards.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in insurance claims assessment , with demonstrated success in managing complex claims remotely.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
