Key Responsibilities- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer needs assessment to identify product opportunities.

- Oversee the design, development, launch, and ongoing management of insurance products.
- Collaborate with actuarial, legal, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product viability and market success.
- Develop and refine product pricing, underwriting guidelines, and policy documentation.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance product development , pricing, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and launch successful products.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working in a remote setting.
