• Communicate effectively with claimants, providing updates and explaining the claims process.
• Gather necessary documentation and information to support claim assessment.
• Process payments for approved claims and handle inquiries related to claim status.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records in the system.

• Previous experience as a Claims Handler or in a customer service role within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and claims handling procedures.
• Excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using claims management software and standard office tools.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
