• Process policy changes and endorsements efficiently

• Manage incoming calls to maintain low wait times

• Make outbound calls for policy renewals and reviews

Requirements:

• Level 2 General Insurance License; RIBO is a plus

• 2-3 years in sales or customer service roles

• Experience in insurance or call centers preferred

• Strong phone etiquette and rapport-building skills

• Ability to quickly retrieve customer data
