Position: Claims Representative II – Hybrid Role

With your Chartered Insurance Professional credential and business insight, you'll contribute to a strong culture dedicated to client service excellence. Coaching your peers will also be a key aspect of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex bodily injury claims

• Engage with claimants and legal professionals regularly

• Mentor and provide support to claims team members

• Ensure client service meets top industry standards

• Implement innovative solutions for claims processes

Requirements:

• At least three years of related claims experience

• Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma

• Required Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation

• Regional adjuster license(s) dependent on work province

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
