• Manages a portfolio of clients with a significant level of annual brokerage or Is a major revenue or new business producer, or both or
• Achieves high client satisfaction by providing exceptional service through managing the overall placement process
  Is viewed by clients as a strategic partner
• Focuses on helping senior leaders grow existing accounts and attract new accounts
• Achieves placement goals at or above set levels

• Works with management to research and develop new approaches and concepts

Reinsurance is a unique and critical component of the insurance ecosystem. You’ll be working with dynamic, adaptable and sophisticated individuals. On the one hand reinsurance buyers, who will need Aon’s expert advice to help them optimize their reinsurance purchase. On the other, reinsurance underwriters who you will negotiate with on behalf of your clients to ensure that clients’ programs are placed in a timely, economic and orderly fashion.

• At least 5 years of experience in Reinsurance or 10 plus years in Insurance
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to interact with major clients to cultivate and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent communicator (both verbally and in writing) with internal and external clients
• Entrepreneurial attitude with high level of accountability for profitability and client satisfaction
• Strong organization and time management skills; able to multi-task and manage projects
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter; committed to delivering the highest in client service, quality and results
• Strong analytical skills with ability to make sound business decisions
• Proactive problem-solver who anticipates issues and suggests creative solutions
• Ability to embrace change in support of the business unit’s and company’s goals
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office suite of products with ability to learn and use multiple software and system-based applications
