• Receive, register, and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
• Investigate the circumstances of claims, gathering all necessary supporting documentation and evidence.

• Communicate proactively with policyholders, third parties, and internal stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Negotiate settlements within authorized limits and process payments or DISCLAIMURES.

• Previous experience in insurance claims handling or a similar claims processing role.
