Position: Claims Advisor for Accident Benefits Remote

In this role, you will be responsible for processing complex first-party injury claims within the Alberta team. You'll not only settle claims but also interact with claimants and other stakeholders professionally. Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply insurance policy details for claims

• Investigate and settle claims using various communication methods

• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with regulations

• Define customer service expectations and ensure satisfaction

• Collaborate effectively with Accident Benefit Adjusters and support staff

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Accident Benefits and Property claims

• Completion of or intention to pursue CIP designation

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
