Allstate is expanding its team with a fully remote Claim Advisor position in Ontario. This role involves investigating vehicle values, analyzing documents, and delivering exceptional customer experiences for policyholders. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2-4 years in auto insurance and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and assess the value of vehicles for claims

• Analyze documentation related to vehicle evaluations

• Maintain departmental standards and performance KPIs

• Provide superior service and timely settlement to policyholders

• Execute additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in auto insurance

• Willing to enroll in CIP designation

• Understanding of auto terminology and damage assessment

• Strong organizational and negotiating skills

• Total loss experience considered an asset
