Client Relationship Manager; Insurance

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Client Relationship Manager to foster and maintain strong partnerships with their valued clients in the Upington area. This role is focused on understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction with our insurance products and services, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing tailored support and strategic advice.

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute strategies to deepen client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, claims, underwriting) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Gather client feedback and provide insights to inform product development and service improvements.

• Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and the ability to explain complex terms simply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
