Material Damage Claims Specialist; Fully Remote

• Produce internal estimates, appraisals, and valuations for REPO Plus claim files, including desk estimates and total loss valuations.
• Audit external insurance carrier estimates and appraisals, and provide written responses to OIC appraisers.
• Participate in testing for new workflows, processes, and system integrations.

Training and Expertise:

• Provide initial physical damage training for incoming processors, adjusters, and analysts.
• Conduct evergreen training on physical damage, including state regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain necessary licenses and continuing education to complete work in all 50 states.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; 8-10 years of work-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of automobile physical damage estimation and total loss valuation.
• Excellent communication and training skills, with ability to field questions and provide guidance.
