Consult with prospective clients to identify their unique coverage needs and risk profiles.
Develop and present tailored insurance quotes that offer meaningful protection.
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel confident and educated about their policies.
Maintain an active pipeline of potential leads through community engagement and networking.
Ensure all policy documentation is accurate and compliant with state regulations.
Collaborate with the wider office to share insights that improve our collective client experience.
RequirementsActive Tennessee Property & Casualty Producer License.
Demonstrated history of success in sales, specifically within the insurance sector.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital policy platforms.
Polished verbal and written communication skills suitable for client advising.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with comparative rating software is highly preferred.
