• Advise on carrier partnerships, including how to position Cindera for insurer adoption and renewals.
• Help shape underwriting workflows so verified hardening data is usable in risk selection, pricing, and policy decisions.
• Pressure-test the path from property hardening actions to measurable insurability outcomes and operational proof points.
• Bring market context on insurer priorities, distribution dynamics, and what makes a program credible to carriers.

• Experience in insurance, preferably with carriers, underwriting, product, distribution, or strategic partnerships.
• Familiarity with property risk, wildfire exposure, mitigation programs, or related catastrophe-risk workflows.
• Comfort working with early-stage teams to refine messaging, product direction, and go-to-market strategy.
• Ability to translate insurance requirements into practical, implementable product and process guidance.

Part-time advisory support, likely a few hours per month with flexibility around key strategy and carrier discussions.
