We are seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients with their insurance needs, handling policy servicing, and assisting with general office tasks. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish or Tagalog, are strongly preferred to better serve our diverse client base. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving policy-related concerns.
- Assist with policy servicing, including renewals, coverage updates, and endorsements.
- Process insurance sales and cross-sell additional products to meet client needs.
- Handle general office work, including documentation, data entry, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Allstate products and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Must have an Active Property and Casualty License to be considered.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Tagalog (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and sales skills with a client-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow.
