Our client, a well-established claims adjusting company in the Greater Montreal area, is seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster with at least two years of experience. You will handle the investigation, assessment, and settlement of liability claims, ensuring strong client relationships and compliance with regulations. This full-time position emphasizes high-quality customer service and effective claim management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate liability claims from reporting to settlement

• Assess insurance coverage and circumstances of loss

• Negotiate settlements with various stakeholders

• Manage claims files thoroughly and accurately

• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved

Requirements:

• Valid AMF Claims Adjuster licence for Personal and Commercial Lines

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Liability Claims Adjuster

• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Professional approach to customer service
