This fully remote position is designed for an experienced Liability Claims Adjuster with at least two years of experience. You will handle the investigation, assessment, and settlement of various claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering client relationships. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and manage liability claims from initiation to settlement

• Assess coverage and analyze circumstances of loss

• Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability

• Negotiate settlements with insureds and other stakeholders

• Maintain accurate claims files and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Valid AMF Claims Adjuster license for Personal and Commercial Lines

• Minimum of 2 years as a Liability Claims Adjuster

• Fluency in French and English, spoken and written

• Strong analytical and investigative skills

• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
