Mid-sized regional Independent Insurance Broker/Agency with offices in Oakland County, MI
About the RoleCommercial Lines Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience. Position is a hybrid work model, and requires a Property & Casualty insurance license, and individual will fully service an assigned book of business containing mid-large market customers, working with Producers, customers, carriers, and other internal and external partners.
Responsibilities- Process carrier changes, claims support, billing, endorsements, certificates
- Prepare renewal proposals and conduct renewal meetings
- Market and place new and renewal business
- Communicate with clients regarding their policies
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in commercial lines within an independent insurance agency setting
- Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Strong team focus and ability to foster effective working relationships
- Experience with AMS
360 or similar agency management system - Account Management within commercial insurance setting
Compensation package includes competitive salary up to $110k depending on experience, excellent benefit package inclusive of health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc. This position hybrid with a mix of in-office and remote work days.
