Gain America is recruiting a Guidewire Developer / BA (P&C) for contract and contract-to-hire engagements with our enterprise clients across the U.S.. Configure and extend Guidewire's insurance suite for property & casualty carriers modernizing their core platforms.

Work model: Fully remote (U.S.

-based)
Core stack: Guidewire Policy Center/Claim Center, Gosu, P&C insurance, integrations

• Configure Policy Center, Claim Center, or Billing Center to carrier requirements
• Develop business rules and integrations in Gosu
• Translate P&C insurance requirements into technical designs
• Support data migration, testing, and production releases

• 3+ years on Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, or Billing Center
• Strong Gosu and Guidewire configuration/integration skills
• Solid understanding of P&C insurance workflows
• Guidewire certification a plus
