We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in the insurance industry. Previous licensing is not required; guidance through the Virginia licensing process will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs

Present and recommend insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions

Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain positive relationships

Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients, with training provided

Stay current with industry standards and applicable compliance requirements
