This role demands a dedicated Claims Triage Adjuster with a background in insurance. You will monitor claims lines, triage new claims, and engage with clients to meet key performance indicators. The ideal candidate has a university degree and at least two years of relevant experience, particularly with property claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor after-hours claims line effectively

• Triage new claims based on established guidelines

• Maintain or exceed Client KPIs consistently

• Ensure prompt availability for incoming calls

• Build relationships within the Emergency Claims Services

Requirements:

• University degree or relevant post-secondary education

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in claims

• Familiarity with property claims in various domains

• Active Adjuster's license or pursuing CIP designation

• Strong analytical and investigative skills
