Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to our clients by managing personal lines accounts, handling policy changes, and supporting account executives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in customer service, a Property & Casualty (P&C) license, and a passion for delivering client-focused solutions.

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Work Environment:
  Supportive team culture with corporate-level backing and local agency flexibility

• Manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, including policies up to $10,000 in premium
• Achieve a new business premium production goal of $5,000 and meet retention targets
• Collaborate closely with account executives to provide seamless client service
• Handle back-end servicing, policy changes, and client requests
• Quote new and renewal business as needed
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and industry standards

• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years of insurance agency experience, preferably in personal lines
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and adaptability to manage multiple tasks
• Work Arrangement:
  Onsite or hybrid preferred; remote work considered for exceptional candidates
