Broker Associate; Healthcare Work from Home

We are seeking a Benefits Broker Account Associate. This is a great entry-level opportunity working with a top producing General Agency.

• Focus will be on Employee Benefits Account Management
• Scrubbing RFP data intakes, confirming all data received, communicating to broker on missing data.
• Communicating with spreadsheet team on what needs to be presented
• Internal operations for data management and file creation, etc.
• Supporting the renewal process
• General problem solving of broker issues as they arise

• Prior experience in Employee Benefits or the Health Insurance field preferred
• Prior experience in the PEO space is required
• Excellent verbal/written and organizational skills
• Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to reprioritize with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Computer Proficiency, especially in Word, Excel, and Power Point
• High degree of comfort with Excel including (formulas/pivot tables/macros/etc.)
