We have a large and established commercial insurance book of business and are looking for someone who can help provide exceptional service to our existing commercial clients while keeping accounts organized, current, and well-supported! This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial insurance professional who enjoys working directly with business owners, managing accounts, and becoming a trusted resource for clients.

- Handle endorsements, certificates, policy changes, renewals, and client requests
- Communicate with commercial clients, carriers, and underwriters
- Maintain accurate account records and follow up on outstanding items
- Provide exceptional service and build strong client relationships
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required.
- Minimum 1 year of prior commercial insurance experience required.
- Active Property and Casualty License (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Tech-savvy with strong typing skills and ability to master new systems.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Career-focused mindset with a sense of urgency and drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
