Our portfolio includes renters insurance, tenant liability, group insurance programs, insurance compliance and verification services, and other innovative products designed to support property managers and residents.

In this role, you will help develop and launch new products, manage state-specific regulatory filings and approvals, and ensure ongoing compliance requirements are met. ** The Role
** The Product Manager will report to the Renters National Head of Product and support the Product Team by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and launch new insurance products, enhance existing product offerings, and expand into new markets. This role is responsible for analyzing product performance and profitability, reviewing insurance company filings and regulatory requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve growth and financial results.
** Job Description
** Independently:  
• Work closely with the Product Team, internal and external associates, and vendors to support introduction of new products, enhancements to existing products, and/or entry into new markets to reach company profit and growth targets  
• Collaborate with business partners including Distribution, Actuarial, Claims, Operations, Technology, Compliance and Data teams on all product related revisions including new company initiatives.

• Conduct competitive, market, and portfolio analyses to identify industry trends, emerging risks, and growth opportunities, and recommend strategic product, pricing, and coverage enhancements to improve profitability and market position.  
• Collaborate with Distribution stakeholders to evaluate agency performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies that improve key business outcomes.  
• Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change efforts to drive profitability, market expansion, and long-term business growth.  
• Monitor regulatory compliance and collaborate with other areas to ensure all regulatory revisions are implemented in a timely manner.
