Field RV​/Specialty Estimator

Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims leading to the proper disposition. This role is utilized as a peer mentor having mastered our processes and obtained technical expertise. We are seeking an RV/Specialty Appraiser to support field operations across the Gainesville, Daytona, Ocala and Northern Orlando, FL OR the Southern FL Territory including Port Charlotte, Ft.

Myers, Cape Coral, Sarasota, Englewood and Venice, FL. In this role, you will assess and estimate damages on RVs, motorcycles, trailers, and commercial vehicles, helping ensure accurate and timely claim resolution. • Applies mastered content in interpretations of all policy types written by the company and assists leadership in formal and ad hoc training
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the most complex of files
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
• Exhibits mastery estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities

As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Base compensation offered for this role is:

• Field Adjuster Cons II: $28.03-$43.70/hour
• Field Adjuster Sr Cons I: $35.82-$50.24/hour

And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
