Property Field Claims Adjuster

Help Wisconsin policyholders move forward after unexpected property damage. As a Property Field Claims Adjuster with Rural Mutual Insurance, you’ll investigate residential, commercial, and farm property claims, inspect damaged properties, evaluate coverage, prepare estimates, and work toward fair and timely resolutions.

This is a home-based field position serving Dane, Grant, Green, Iowa, and Lafayette counties
. Candidates may live anywhere within or near the territory, provided they can travel regularly throughout all five counties. You’ll generally begin and end your workday from your home office.

Regular travel throughout the territory is required, with occasional overnight travel within Wisconsin during catastrophe events. A company vehicle is provided in accordance with company policy.

The ideal candidate combines property claims knowledge and analytical ability with sound judgment, empathy, and strong customer service. You’ll have the independence to manage your territory and workload, along with support from an experienced claims team.
