No insurance experience needed. This 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role is open to career changers. You'll help families who requested information understand their options and apply, and we walk you through licensing first.
What you'll actually do- Speak with people who have already requested information about life insurance
- Ask about the household, goals, and concerns before presenting anything
- Walk through suitable options and complete the application with the client
- Stay with each case through underwriting and keep the client informed
- Record notes and next steps in the CRM after every conversation
- Learn products, carriers, and state rules through ongoing training
- A career changer from any field who's willing to learn a regulated product
- Good with people, and honest when the answer to a question is "it depends"
- Able to manage your own time at home without daily check-ins
- Willing to complete state licensing before selling; timelines vary by state
- A computer, a phone, and reliable internet
- At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Help working through state licensing, even if you've never touched insurance
- Contracts with 43 carriers, so you can compare options for each family

- Weekly team calls, call reviews, scripts, and ride-alongs available to agents
- One-on-one mentorship from Ben and Andrea, who run the agency
