As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll connect with individuals and families through virtual Zoom appointments to help them understand available life insurance and supplemental benefit options.

The role combines customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales
. You'll guide clients through the benefit review and enrollment process while providing professional, personalized support.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and company-provided warm leads to help you get started.

As a Work-from-Home Customer Care Specialist, you will:

• Connect with company-provided warm leads and existing clients.

• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments through Zoom.

• Build professional relationships with individuals and families.

• Listen to client needs and identify appropriate benefit options.

• Explain available life insurance and supplemental coverage.

• Answer questions about coverage, eligibility, and enrollment.

• Assist qualified clients with electronic applications and enrollments.

• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records.

• Provide ongoing customer care and relationship management.

• Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.

• Develop product knowledge, communication skills, and professional expertise.

• Work toward individual performance and client-service goals.

No traditional cold calling, door-to-door sales, or in-person client meetings required.

• Be willing to obtain the required Life and Health insurance license.

• Be able to complete applicable licensing and background requirements.

A Life and Health insurance license is required before performing licensed insurance activities.
