Two tracks are available:
Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week) earning $30,000–$60,000+ first year and Full-Time (35-45 hrs/week) earning $84,000–$150,000+ first year. Training is provided and equity opportunities exist for motivated agents who want agency ownership.
