Content Claims Specialist - Field - Level 1

Please note: This is not an insurance Adjuster role. While edjuster is a division of Crawford & Company - Canada's largest network of independent adjusters, the Content Claims Specialist position supports the content portion of a claim.

A contents claim is a claim for the loss or damage of personal belongings, and are most commonly caused by theft, water, fire and other perils.

We are currently recruiting for a Content Claims Specialist - Field to join our edjuster team in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This is a field role, offering a combination of work from home and travel within the specified region

• This role requires frequent interactions in English and requires reading and preparing documents in English on a frequent basis.

The Content Claims Specialist (CCS) assists with the inventory and valuation of a policy holder's/claimant's total loss contents. The Content Claims Specialist (CCS) helps list and value items lost in a claim. They handle claims quickly and accurately using edjuster's process and our platform, Exclaim.
