Remote Appeals Case Manager – Disability & Claims

Guardian Life is seeking an Appeals Case Manager II to adjudicate Group Life and Disability claim appeals within a dedicated Appeals Team. The role emphasizes ERISA‑level fairness, thorough file review, and plan language interpretation to reach accurate, non‑biased decisions.
