Serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse client base, providing clear, compassionate guidance in both Amharic and English.

Review existing insurance policies with clients to ensure their coverage aligns with their current life situations.

Help our community understand the value of their insurance products by explaining terms and benefits in a way that is easy to grasp.

Manage incoming inquiries regarding policy changes, billing, and claims, ensuring each issue is resolved with care.

Identify gaps in coverage and offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations that protect what matters most to our clients.

Maintain accurate client records to ensure that our service remains consistent and reliable over the long term.

Fluency in both Amharic and English, both spoken and written.

Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses for the state of Colorado.

Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or client management.

Strong command of standard office software and web-based insurance platforms.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help others navigate complex insurance needs.

Ability to manage your own schedule and stay organized while working independently.
