We are currently looking for Life Insurance Agents who want the flexibility to work remotely, develop their own client base, and grow within the financial services industry.

Licensed agents are encouraged to apply. Candidates who are not currently licensed may also be considered if they are willing to complete the required state licensing process.

As a Life Insurance Agent, you will work directly with individuals and families to help them understand financial protection strategies based on their needs and goals.

Depending on licensing, carrier availability, and client suitability, areas of education may include:

• Life insurance and income protection
• Living benefit strategies
• Term and permanent life insurance
• Retirement planning concepts
• Annuities and retirement income strategies
• College savings strategies
• Business and family protection planning

You will receive training, mentorship, ongoing professional development, and support as you build your business.

• Meet with clients virtually or in person
• Educate individuals and families on financial protection concepts
• Help clients understand available life insurance options
• Conduct needs based financial conversations
• Develop and maintain professional client relationships
• Follow up consistently with clients and prospective clients
• Build and serve your own client base
• Complete required carrier and company training
• Maintain all required state licenses and continuing education
• Follow industry regulations and compliance requirements

Previous experience in insurance, financial services, sales, healthcare, education, leadership, military service, public safety, or customer service can be helpful, but is not required.

You must hold or be willing to obtain the appropriate state insurance license before conducting insurance business with clients.
