This full-time Licensed Insurance Agent role is a hybrid position based in Twinsburg, OH, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Licensed Insurance Agent will advise clients on personal and commercial insurance products, assess risk and coverage needs, and prepare tailored proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, managing policy renewals and adjustments, processing applications, and following up on leads.

The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with insurance carriers, and supporting probate bond requests as needed. The agent will provide responsive customer service, support claims-related inquiries, and contribute to agency growth through ethical, consultative sales practices.

• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales, with the ability to identify client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices, including personal and commercial lines.
• Understanding of Finance concepts relevant to insurance, premiums, deductibles, and coverage limits.
• Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, problem-solving, and client retention.
• Active state insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
• Prior experience in an agency or financial services environment is preferred.
• Comfort using CRM systems, carrier platforms, and basic office software for documentation and follow-up.
• Ability to work both onsite in Twinsburg, OH and remotely, managing time and tasks independently.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
