Build and cultivate relationships with members of the Monessen community to understand their specific insurance needs.

Explain coverage details, deductibles, and benefits in a way that provides clients with true peace of mind.

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license.

Demonstrable experience working in a professional sales environment.

Clear and effective verbal communication skills for phone and in-person consultations.

Strong organizational habits to manage a pipeline of leads and existing policyholders.

Ability to navigate computer systems and insurance quoting software with ease.

Prior experience with Allstate systems or any carrier experience is highly valued but not required.
