This is a full-time, on-site Remote Insurance Agent role based in the Honolulu Metropolitan Area. The agent will consult with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs, explain policy options, and recommend appropriate coverage. Daily responsibilities include conducting client appointments, managing inbound and outbound calls, preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up on leads. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting policyholders with questions or claims, and adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration with the local team to meet sales targets and participate in ongoing training is also expected.

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively advise clients on coverage options.
• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to navigate policies, premiums, and financial implications for clients.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support policyholders professionally.
• Relevant experience in life or health insurance, or related financial services, is beneficial.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, digital tools, and basic office software for documentation and client management.
• Ability to work on-site in the Honolulu Metropolitan Area, manage a structured schedule, and meet performance goals.
• Applicable insurance licensing or willingness to obtain required state licenses within a specified timeframe.
