Commercial Lines Insurance CSR / Account Manager needed for an Insurance Agency located in Central San Diego. REMOTE!
*** Role open in the Commercial Small Business Unit.

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4:30 pm or 5:00 pm. DURATION:
Temporary (no confirmed end date at this time) WORKPLACE: REMOTE work is offered! Candidate must reside in California. PAY:
Depending on experience, $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

• Continue to perform all duties of a Commercial Assistant at an above average level while assisting Client Executive in analyzing coverages and claims data for new and renewal business.
• Proactively prepare renewal specifications and rough draft proposals.
• Assist with and/or manage the marketing of renewal business as directed by Client Executive.
• Prepare experience modification projections using Intellicomp or other available software.
• Review accuracy of experience modification calculations published by state rating agencies/bureaus.
• Timely review policy checking notes from policy checkers and make corrections to the policy as necessary.
• Review issues with Client Executive as necessary.
• As needed, check policies on your own as needed if time allows or a rush situation.
• Manage the timely delivery of the policies to the client either via email, in person or via online portal.
• Assist Client Executives in completion of Stewardship Reports.
• Review loss run and claim status reports.
• Prepare Loss Summaries and Large Loss Reports.
• Periodic visits to clients with Client Executive, including active participation in new business and renewal preparation and presentation.
• Assist with collections of Accounts Receivables.
• Participate in E&O Audits.
• Establish and consistently maintain effective and positive working relationships with Associates and clients.

• Minimum of three years’ experience recently working as a CL CSR / Account Manager, working within an independent agency environment.
• The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Sagitta or EPIC experience a plus.
• Regular and consistent attendance as defined per Company policy.
• Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
• Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as the use of office equipment such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.
• May be required to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must possess effective communication and listening skills such that complicated information can be communicated in a straight-forward manner that the listener can understand, as well as paraphrasing and questioning to gain a complete understanding of the speakers concerns and goals.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, set goals and meet deadlines.
• Must be a team player that possesses strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a professional demeanor, be detail oriented, organized, highly ethical and have a positive attitude.
