• Investigate and assess damages related to property and casualty insurance claims.
• Determine the cause and extent of loss, and prepare detailed damage reports.
• Evaluate repair costs, replacement values, and other expenses associated with claims.
• Negotiate settlements with policyholders and their representatives effectively.
• Ensure claims are processed efficiently and in compliance with policy terms and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive claim files using digital management systems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders, including clients, underwriters, and legal counsel.
• Identify and report potential subrogation or salvage opportunities.
• Stay current with industry best practices, building codes, and repair technologies.
• Manage a substantial caseload of complex claims, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

• A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Construction, Risk Management).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Loss Adjuster, specializing in property and casualty insurance.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessing various types of property damage and estimating repair costs accurately.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims procedures, and relevant
